Argh. And you are 1,000% right on now knowing when you need downtime. I tend to run myself into the ground until I can't get up... and then I realize that if I had just taken a break and given myself some downtime in the first place, I wouldn't have hit the ground so hard. Great blog entry. I can't wait to read through the others.
